Zortrax M300 Dual Double Extrusion System
Zortrax M300 Dual uses dual extrusion LPD Plus technology to print with separate support and base filaments at the same time.The support filaments are water soluble, which makes the support structures removable by rinsing. A single extrusion mode is also available, where the printer functions like a standard M300 Plus machine.External material alternatives are fully supported in both double and single extrusion modes.
Zortrax M300 Dual Blackout Response System
The Zortrax M300 Dual features the M300 Dual’s blackout response system to protect more time-consuming large-format prints. The M300 Dual can detect a power outage and continue printing from the same point when the power is turned on again.
Zortrax M300 Dual Capacitive Sensor
The CDS enables automatic calibration of the printer regardless of the installed type. Professional users can choose between perforated, glass or other compatible building platforms, as they can all be automatically calibrated due to a capacitive displacement sensor. M300 Dual prints its products with a special product range.
Zortrax M300 Dual Advanced Filament Control
The M300 Dual automatically pauses printing when the filament is jammed, finished, or the nozzle becomes clogged.
