After completing the membership form:
• Add the product or products you like to your shopping cart.
• After selecting the products you want, you will come to the “Basket Screen”.
• On this screen, you can see the desired addition, subtraction, quantity information and total amount information. You can click the “Buy” button to complete your order.
• After filling in the delivery and billing address information, enter your credit/debit card information correctly on the payment screen.
• After entering the payment information, confirm the “Preliminary Information Form”, “Distance Sales Agreement” fields, click the “Complete Order” button and proceed to the order confirmation screen.
• An order number is given to you by the system on the new page that opens.

After logging in, you can easily access information about your order from the “My Account/My Orders” tab, which you will see in the upper right corner of our homepage.

After completing your order, no changes can be made to the order. If you wish, you can request cancellation after creating an order and create a new order.

The orders you place on reach us online and your payment transactions are made automatically during the order creation phase. Since the payment terms cannot be changed, it is not possible to add products to your order later. But you can create a new order by canceling your current order, or you can order the other product you want to buy separately.

You can see your orders under the “My Orders” heading on the “My Account” page.

There is no gift package and note application for orders placed on

In the shopping made on, any product added to the basket is not reserved. Each product purchased in the cart can be taken by someone else if the purchase is not completed.
